TRUSTS & ASSET LITIGATION
WHEN YOU HAVE A DIFFICULT SITUATION WITH A TRUSTEE
We’ll help you FIND THE SOLUTION! We totally understand how stressful this can be! Here’s the thing. You do not have to deal with this alone. We’ll help you FIND SOME LEVERAGE. Being successful in this area starts with researching options, knowing the right questions to ask, and consciously developing a strategy to get you from A to B. We don’t expect you to take our word for this. We can give you many examples of how our approach has helped clients just like you who are getting lofty and dismissive responses from trustees and their lawyers!
We insist that our strategies must be simple and understandable. Every client must be able to say “Yes, I can see how this is going to make a difference, let’s do that”. The really marvellous thing about working like this is the resilience it gives you when you run into problems. Because if you are going to take on arrogant trustees, of course they are going to hit back at you and put as many obstacles in your way as they can. When you feel frustrated, it’s a matter of coming back to the MUTUALLY AGREED STRATEGY. We’ll ask you, “What’s changed?” And if we need to make a change we will make it. However quite often what is needed is just to persevere and have the confidence to see things through. Sometimes we do end up in court, but usually, by being WELL PREPARED we don’t have to go that far. I can’t emphasise enough the message about being ‘well prepared’. We have found time and again when you carefully consider and research your strategy, you will have the confidence to stand your ground and get the result you are after.
Clients will often tell us “I am sure glad you are working for us, not them!”
