After over two decades in a group growing a large law practice Garth left the world of increasing commercial specialisation to join his wife Kathryn in the practice they made Lucas and Lucas in 1995.

Garth has a deep background of trusts, commercial and property law experience, with a career spanning over 45 years in consulting for personal and business clients and their transactions.

Now retired, Garth's big hobby is Central Otago and a historic stone house in the Knobby Range.
